The logistics company relied on outdated systems that made fleet tracking unreliable, maintenance inefficient, and communication slow. Rising operational costs and frequent delays underscored the need for a smarter, more intuitive solution.

Process
Research & Discovery: We conducted interviews with fleet operators and logistics managers to understand their pain points and daily workflow challenges.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Low-fidelity wireframes were created to visualize core functionalities, followed by interactive prototypes to refine user interactions.
Test and 1st Iteration: Operators tested early versions of Sync, providing feedback that led to improvements in navigation, data visualization, and alert systems.
Design: We crafted a clean, user-friendly interface with clear data representations, real-time tracking visuals, and intuitive controls.

Home Screen
The home screen is designed to show trackers in real-time, it also enables operators to know if there’s communication failure on any of the trackers by showing a chart for the number of trackers with communication failures. active trackers and active contracts too are shown on the home screen.
Tracker List
The tracker list screen is designed to show all the trackers under the operator’s account. On each tracker’s card is the status, to show if the tracker is online, under maintenance or it has stopped working.
Geofence alert
Geofence alert screen is designed to notified the operator’s about the movement of the trackers and their resolved status.
Finance
On the finance part of Sync is where payment for trackers, contract and invoice can be seen. Operator’s will be able to see the trackers they need to make payment for. Provision for a “Pay Now” button is made and when payment is down, the button changes to “Download receipt”
Tracker Details
On the tracker screen, when an operator click on view details, it brings them to the tracker details screen where operator will see the tracker full details, the customers using the trackers and will also be able to monitor the tracker on the map and also see the tracker history.
Profile
Operator’s profile is designed to show operator’s email, phone number and address information. Operator can edit their profile, change password, view other customers under them and also logo.
A progress circle on the operator’s picture is to show if operator’s has fully complete setting up their profile.

With Sync, the logistics company transformed its fleet management process, achieving greater operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved driver performance. The intuitive operator dashboard empowered fleet managers with real-time insights, ensuring smooth and reliable vehicle operations.
