Improving Visitor's Management for Estates and Organization
Safepazz is a visitor’s management solution (mobile application and web application) offering different entities like private organizations, real estates, residential homes, government residence and organization a platform to mange the going out and coming in of people. It aims at making security more tighter while protecting lifes and properties by having a track record of everyone visiting a particular entity.

Challenge
It’s been a crucial problem and challenge to efficiently manage visitors access ever since the upgrade in Nigeria real estates and building entities. This leads to more of an inconvieniences, secuirty risks and adminstrators burdern. Most real estates, residences, and other building entities are still using the old way of keeping paper logs and calling whom visitor’s is visiting to confirm their eligibility. This often result in time wasting and inability to keep proper flow of recordsand potential erro in data entry

Manage entity page
This is the pages users would land on after signing into an account. This works when user is already part of an entity and occupancy.
Residence can manage their occupants from the home page and see their recent visitors list which also lead them to the visitor’s page where they can see all visitor’s

You can manage your visitor’s from the visitor page by filtering between all visitors, check in, checkout and pending visitor’s list

On visitor’s details screen, a user managing their occupancy will be able to see details of the invites they’ve sent, the status of the invite, the number of visitors they are expecting, qr code generated, entry policy and an additional information if provided.

Admin of an occupancy can add as many occupants as he wants and can also make an admin. Note: There cannot be more than 2 admin in an occupancy.

Entity approval screen is what a user will see after joining an entity but waiting for the root admin to accept their request so the can go ahead and register their occupancy,

History page shows the log of visitor's that has come and exit the particular entity. This screen is operated by the gate admin.

The scanqr page is for the gate admin to admit people inside the entity ( estate, organization, etc)
Here visitor's are allowed in by scanning their qrcode.
